THIS WEBSITE IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH NOR ENDORSED BY BNY MELLON

bnymellonemployees.com

Do you believe that BNY Mellon suppresses, persecutes and silences employees, consumers and shareholders that have a faith in God and support traditional family values?

As an employee, customer or shareholder of BNY Mellon, did you know BNY Mellon uses its resources and reputation to influence public policies, sometimes in controversial areas dealing with family, lifestyles, churches, faith and Constitutional rights?

BNY Mellon has cancelled clients and denied funding of traditional  energy investments that would reduce what their customer’s pay to heat their homes and businesses based on Environmental Social Governance (ESG) principles.

BNY Mellon is choosing to suppress the Free Speech Expression of its shareholders, employees and customers, as well as those that disagree with BNY Mellon’s extreme Environmental Social Governance positions as demonstrated in their support of the Human Rights Education Fund how they attack politicians that try and support the traditional family, and how the Human Rights Campaign and thereby BNY Mellon preferences alternative LGBTQ+ lifestyles over traditional minority rights and lifestyle norms.

BNY Mellon has aligned themselves with the Human Rights Campaign (“HRC”) on social legislation in the United States. HRC is a leading political advocacy group seeking to expand LGBTQ rights, including for same-sex marriage. BNY Mellon is rated by HRC as one of the “Best Places to Work” in their Best Places to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality 2022” index.   BNY Mellon has pledged to vet Vendors for LGBTQ+ policies according to their score of 100% on the HRC’s Corporate Equality Index.

BNY Mellon is also a member of LGBT Great

BNY Mellon also requires all of its US employees and new hires to share their Covid-19 vaccination status, rejecting religious objections and the opinions of those that do not want to share their COVID-19 vaccination due to their belief that it is “my body and therefore my choice!”

As an employee, customer or shareholder of BNY Mellon we are interested in learning whether you agree with BNY Mellon’s actions and whether they may have violated your fundamental human, customer or shareholder rights pertaining to free speech, freedom of religion or informed medical consent.

If you are a BNY Mellon employee, customer or shareholder, we would like to know the following from you:

  1. Do you agree with BNY Mellon’s decision to use its name and resources to promote pro-LGBTQ policies and limit restrictions on LGBTQ advocacy in public schools in the United States?

  2. If you work for, are a customer of and/or are a shareholder in BNY Mellon and live/work in another country, were you aware of these policies and are you aware of whether BNY Mellon is doing the same in your country?

  3. As an employee, customer or shareholder, are you free to speak your mind at BNY Mellon and/or to Members of its Executive Committee and its CEO regarding social issues, particularly if they disagree with your BNY Mellon’ practices?

  4. Are you free to speak your mind at BNY Mellon regarding COVID-19 and the COVID-19 vaccination?

  5. Did you request a religious exemption from taking the COVID-19 vaccination and were denied?

  6. Did you request a medical exemption from taking the COVID-19 vaccination and were denied?

  7. Do you believe BNY Mellon has discriminated against you as an employee, customer or shareholder based on your religious, political, social or vaccination beliefs?

  8. For employees in the United States, are you potentially interested in forming a union at BNY Mellon?

If you answer “yes” to any of these questions, please click the “Contact Us” link below to tell us about yourself, where you work, what you have experienced or seen, and to let us know how we may follow-up with you regarding these rights.
